We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Helpers to join our team. The candidate will assist in daily factory operations such as handling materials, supporting machine operators, packing goods, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading materials
Help machine operators during production
Packing and labeling finished products
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the factory
Follow safety instructions and factory rules
Requirements:
Basic understanding of factory work
Physically fit and able to lift materials
Punctual and responsible
Prior experience in factory work is a plus but not mandatory
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time
